After the first week the thing lingered and migrated through my ears, throat, sinuses, and chest and kept me from training. I resorted to OTC meds also. Hopefully you can kick this quick, but be careful getting back to training....this has led to pneumonia and bronchitis in many folks. Indeed, you will return to normal brain/body function....it just might take a 'lil while. Oh man, this sounds like the exact illness I’m just getting over.
