When there were enough holes drilled Todd just basically punched out the circle that was created. The white pipe was from Home Depot - I think it was the same pipe that is used for hot tubs. We bought the pipe and an additional piece that was threaded so that it would make a tight fit. I will take pictures and post them next weekend if you like. (I can't remember the name). Most of them used to have olives in them. There is a netting that covers the top so there is no standing water that is exposed - the larvae should be too small to go through the netting and mosquitoes can't get through.
