I’ve been working out - I swear!!
I know I haven’t been great about posting my workouts, mostly because I’ve been lazy, but also partly because I’m embarrassed about how lame and sparse they’ve been. I have been going to the gym and swimming, along with the tons of fun things like cross country skiing and ice skating that I forget can be counted as exercise. I’m going to start keeping better track of my weekly workouts and I’ll create a new category so I can trace them back when I wonder why the heck I’m out of shape and weigh 300 lbs.
So here we go:
Week of 2/2 - 2/8
Monday: 1 hour bootcamp @ Bally’s - this class is HARD CORE.
Tuesday: 4 miles on deathmill; swam ~ 1000 meters.
Wednesday: 1 hour bootcamp @ Bally’s - this is a different instructor…not as hard core but still good.
Thursday: I was lame and didn’t workout - mostly because I was depressed from career fair.
Friday: No exercise. No excuses. I suck.
Saturday: Played outside on the river by Todd’s house…fun and tiring.
Sunday: Ran ~14 miles in Solon w/ hard-core SERC girls. Did some relaxing yoga after. (OMG - Elizabeth - you have to show me those pictures!!!)
I realized after running yesterday that I really need to start doing Yoga - wow - I totally LOVE it!!! I think it could really help out with running tightness/soreness, plus it’s so relaxing. Now there’s just that small problem of not having an income…

Hey I think I would totally be able to design a yoga class for us to do on Sundays. I might not be as “relaxing” as Bob was but I think I have done enough classes that I could run us through a bunch of key poses. We could even do it just at your apartment after our runs or something!
