		<description>It was my experience that running on the faster side feels better than running slower with ITBS. If you don't care about time why not try to run it at a pace that is comfortable and fast enough but not too fast (8:00 or so) and walk the water stops just to give it a break. I bet you could run the whole thing and do pretty well! I don't think it will hurt to try to run the whole thing. 

Also, thanks so much for volunteering yesterday! I couldn't wait to get back to you guys the second time around! 

I hope it goes well this weekend. If you keep easing back into training, stretch and tae care of yourself you will recover and rebound from this I promise!</description>
