You have been fighting this it band issue for approximately what 8 months now? The fact that you went out there in not the best shape you've ever been in and pulled the time you did - is awesome! Put things in perspective - how many people do you know that could be hurt for so long and run that well? You'll get back there - soon and pretty soon i'll need your help getting back there as well!! it's going to be a great spring and summer -and i know you will get back where you want to be! you are too hard on yourself my friend.
